Carpet Care – What’s Included?

This is our standard, carpet cleaning only service, which is ideal if your simply after a ‘no frills’ clean. If you don’t have children or pets running around and you’re not likely to spill anything on your carpets, then this service will probably be for you. It may be our basic carpet cleaning service, but your carpets are still cleaned to our normal high standards, just without all the extras. If you’re a tenant moving out of a rented property or you just want to put the sparkle back into your carpets to help sell your home then this is the sensible choice.

Carpet Care may be a standard clean, but it’s definitely not a poor clean, not with Fantasticlean anyway.

This is the ‘Fantasticlean’ standard 12 step carpet cleaning process. We always follow it to ensure that your carpets are cleaned correctly (and to PAS 86) This ensures that our customers always get a clean, fresh, great looking carpet.

• Carpet pre clean inspection & fibre type identified.
• Carpet vacuumed with a HP HEPA grade vacuum cleaner.
• Correct cleaning solution applied to carpet
• Your carpet pile is scrubbed, lifted & rejuvenated with our mechanical contra rotating brush.
• The very edge of your carpet is hand scrubbed, (to remove any dark black ‘soot’ lines.)
• Edges rinsed with hot water and air extraction.
• Remainder of the carpet is rinsed with hot water and air extraction.
• If necessary steps 3,4,5,6, and 7 may be repeated again,  (this will usually always apply to areas of high foot traffic).
• Carry out any stubborn stain removal.
• Reset the carpets pile.
• Use air movers to speed up the drying process if needed.
• Post clean inspection to ensure you’re completely happy.

A ‘FREE’ Fantasticlean handy stain removal kit. This includes everything you likely to need to remove a wide range of stains from your newly cleaned carpet

Carpet Care Plus – What’s Included?

While cleaning your carpet we will add a great smelling powerful deodoriser, (there’s a choice of ‘fragrance’) the deodoriser will not only ensure your carpet smells great but will also kill a wide range of common house hold germs. We will also move your furniture* and clean the carpet underneath. This generally means things like your 3 piece suite, coffee table, lamps, foot stools and the like. We can’t move heavy cumbersome furniture for obvious health and safety reasons. Once your carpet has been cleaned we will replace your furniture and apply furniture- tabs to the feet. These are designed to prevent any dyes or varnishes transferring from the furniture leg to your freshly cleaned carpet. The final finishing touch is to wipe down your skirting boards and door jambs.

Carpet Care Protection – What’s Included?

Carpet Care Protection: (Our most popular service) If you have children or pets then no doubt you will have your fair share of spills and stains to deal with.  If this is the case then you’ll really benefit from this service: While the protection treatment is not ‘bomb proof’ having a carpet protector applied does mean that the vast majority of spills can easily be removed with a cleaner such as ‘Spotless Stain Remover’. Also, in areas of high foot traffic the protector will also help to release dry soiling. This means that more dirt and grit are removed with your daily vacuuming.  Your expensive carpets will then stay cleaner for longer AND respond better to cleaning the next time you decide to freshen them up!

In a nutshell, your carpet will stay cleaner longer, last longer, vacuum easier and have improved stain resistance!

Carpet Care Protection Plus – What’s Included?

This is our ultimate carpet service option and is designed for those who want a great looking home all year round. It obviously includes the benefits of everything described so far but with the addition of a ‘Highlight’ clean anytime within 6 months of purchase. Simply give us a call to arrange a suitable time and we will visit and clean any spots and spills plus your main traffic areas.
